Monthly Mindful Muse Women's Circle
Once a month, 5:30-7pm:
Sunday, August 4, 5:30-7
Sunday, September 15, 5:30-7
Women's Circle is an open invitation for our local community of women to co-create and in union hold sacred space for one another as we are called into a time of cultural shifts that empower and bravely bare the soft belly of the divine feminine.
We are meeting monthly at Yoga Garden PBO. Our time together includes movement, meditation, yoga nidra, music, readings, and sharing our voices with one another in the spirit of confidential, safe communication and support. Sessions may also include a short lecture & discussion, seasonal correspondences and ritual suggestions, creating sacred space, mantras, mudras, and more! These rich non-denominational, mystical teachings and practices help to foster growth and add depth and dimension to your own spirituality and empowerment.
All are welcome to participate in any way that feels right. Our structure will be fluid, nourishing and supportive for all who are feeling the call to align with the power of the goddess within all women.
All women are welcome to this safe and healing space. Donations will be gratefully accepted, a portion of which will funnel back into local non-profits that support women and their families. Drop ins are welcome or you may reserve your spot on the links above. For information, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Dharma Richards, ERYT-500, is a devotee of the Divine, an eternal student and teacher of the Holy Science of Yoga, gracious householder, modern mom, raw foodie, hot tea drinker, closet fashionista, urban priestess, seeker of ancient wisdom for the modern woman, and hard to find when the moon is new.
Born and raised in the beautiful mountains of Asheville, NC, Dharma has been in the RDU/Triangle area for the past 25 years. With a B.A. in business marketing from University of North Carolina at Greensboro, her professional background consists of a decade in the computer industry and just as many years in the fashion world. Dharma’s yogic journey began as a physical practice after leaving the ballet scene, leading to her first teacher training just a few years later. Dharma’s first payment for teaching a class was an Asian pear picked fresh from a student’s fruit tree, and she’s been teaching ever since.
Founder, owner and Senior Teacher of Yoga Garden Apex, co-founder and director of teacher training at Yoga Garden PBO, owner of Yoga Warriors International, and being a Yoga Alliance Advanced Registered Yoga Teacher, Dharma is both an instructor of the Classical Hatha-Raja style as well as tantric Kundalini Yoga. She encourages organic movement and an open heart as she routinely leads students through nurturing practices of pranayama/breathwork, asana/physical postures, and dhyana/meditation. Dharma’s studies continue with her beloved teachers Chadra Om and HarDarshan Kaur Khalsa, and is immersed in feminine earth wisdom. Her certifications also include Kundalini Yoga, Core Strength Vinyasa, Prenatal, Children’s, Vinyasa, Yin and Yoga Warriors (for PTSD). Dharma is also certified by Judith Lasater as a Relax & Renew Instructor, a certified Reiki Master and continues studies in Thai Massage (Nuad Boran).
Dharma offers Yoga Alliance RYT 200 & RYT 500 teacher trainings, Yoga Warriors teacher trainings, classes, workshops, special events, retreats and selective mentoring, along with hosting Sacred Circle of the Mindful Muse, Mindful Muse Online Retreat and Live Your Yoga Now online e-course.
