The Haw River Clean-Up-A-Thon is an annual clean-up event that has been raising watershed-wide awareness about the impacts of our consumption habits and bringing people together at the river and local creeks! Clean-ups are a popular way to take action for the natural spaces we love the most, and what an amazing way to show off your love for the river than to start right in your community.
Inspired by the elements, Elemental Rhythm Breathwork incorporates different breathing techniques, followed by a meditation and reflection period to integrate the experiences from the breathwork session. The journey concludes with a sharing circle, offering space for connection and expression.
The purpose of our circle is to honor and reclaim traditions that center feminine energy; and to hold sacred and safe space for women to connect with each other and the Divine Feminine within.
We believe healthy masculinity flourishes in a safe and supportive environment. Our group's mission is to create and uphold a welcoming space where men can share their lives and stories without fear of isolation or judgment.
