In this hour practice, you'll settle into a comfortable resting posture and be guided through a Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) meditation. This profound relaxation technique supports mental clarity, emotional balance, and a deep release from daily stress. Through guided breathwork, visualization, and body awareness, you’ll journey toward a restful, meditative state—awakening refreshed, rejuvenated, and restored.
Inspired by the elements, Elemental Rhythm Breathwork incorporates different breathing techniques, followed by a meditation and reflection period to integrate the experiences from the breathwork session. The journey concludes with a sharing circle, offering space for connection and expression.
Guided by instruments from around the world, each person that is present co-creates the special container that we all use as a collective pathway into our deeper selves and our collective healing.
In this time of uncertainty, we can lose sight of ourselves. Each week, we will create a supportive space to connect with one another as we gently explore a different theme. The group offers a variety of breath work, movement, and relaxation techniques to raise awareness of how our physical, emotional and mental natures impact one another and how we can bring more ease into our lives.
In this extended class, we will start with pranayama (breath work) and mantra, followed by an all-levels asana practice designed to open the body and to move prana throughout the systems, preparing the body for meditation and making us more receptive to our divine nature. Participants are encouraged to work at their own level, and explore the sensations that arise
