Kids Yoga in Pittsboro

We are passionate about introducing kids to the impactful benefits of yoga & mindfulness!

In our afterschool programs and camps, your child will enjoy fun, noncompetitive physical activity and mindfulness practices designed for their age group. Our skilled instructors are warm and nurturing, ensuring your child feels supported every step of the way.

We currently offer yoga camps and classes for kids ages 4 to 12. We’d love to welcome your child into our studio family!
