Community Meditation Circles

Join us for free livestream meditation sessions, facilitated by volunteers from Sacred Path Community.

Meditation is a cornerstone for fostering spiritual growth, and deepening self-awareness. It also supports overall well-being by promoting mental clarity, emotional balance, and inner peace. Practicing meditation in a community amplifies these benefits by fostering connection and mutual support.

These are free and open to all - feel free to share the information and the link.

Meditation circles meet every Monday through Friday from 6:30-7am and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:30-1pm. There is no need to register, just show up!

What To Expect

  • A couple of minutes of tips and/or inspiration for your meditation followed by 20 minutes of silent meditation.

How To Join

  • There is no need to register, just show up!

  • Click one of the buttons on this page or click this link to join the Google Meet.

  • Simply log in to Google Meet at the appointed time. You’ll be greeted by your facilitator and perhaps offered a few tips, suggestions, or inspiration for your meditation. The group then meditates in silence for twenty minutes before the facilitator gently guides you back to say goodbye and continue with your day.
