Our group's mission is to create and uphold a welcoming space where men can share their lives and stories without fear of isolation or judgment. Here, you'll find others who are also navigating life's challenges and obstacles, ready to offer their support.

We recognize that sometimes, you don't need a solution—just a compassionate listener who validates your feelings. Men's Group is a place where you can be heard, understood, and supported. It's okay to talk about the challenges of expressing emotions after a lifetime of being told not to. We want you to feel comfortable bringing your whole self to our meetings.

**Our December gathering will meet at The Plant. Please find us in the Wheelhouse room at Fair Game (220 Lorax Lane, Pittsboro). We meet in person on the fourth Tuesday of every month from 6-8 pm upstairs at Yoga Garden Pittsboro, and we would love for you to join us.
