In times of uncertainty, it’s easy to lose touch with ourselves. Wisdom Circles offer a supportive space to reconnect—with your body, your mind, and others—through movement, meditation, journaling, and group discussion. Each session explores the deep wisdom held within our own bodies.
Each week, we’ll gather in a welcoming, gentle environment to explore a different theme, letting our bodies guide our understanding of:
Stability – Grounding and feeling centered
Pleasure – Tapping into your natural creativity
Strength – Accessing inner and outer power
Love – Cultivating connection to and compassion for yourself and others
Confidence – Building self-trust and personal authority
Intuition – Listening to your own inner guidance
Source & Spirit – Connecting with your higher self or spiritual path

Wisdom Circles were developed by nina be of Mind Body Centering Yoga and draw from a rich blend of ancient and modern teachings—including yoga, Buddhism, trauma research, and journaling—to help rediscover inner wisdom and expand self-worth. Through breath work, movement, and relaxation practices, the group raises awareness of how your physical, emotional, and mental natures influence one another—and how you can bring more ease into your life.
