Kriya to Go: Building a Sustainable Practice with Bill Wofford

Kriya Yoga weaves together movement, breath, mantra, and focused attention to shift our state and reshape how we relate to our lives. In a guided journey, the effects can be immediate and powerful. But lasting transformation comes from consistent practice.

This two-hour workshop is designed to help you experience Kriya and then bring the practice into your daily life with confidence.

Bill will guide a 30-minute sequence of kriyas chosen to cultivate confidence, courage, and constructive detachment. After the immersive experience, he will break the set down step-by-step — explaining how to practice safely and effectively, what each element is doing physiologically and energetically, and how to establish a consistent home routine.

You will leave with:

  • A clear, repeatable kriya sequence

  • Detailed written instructions

  • A specially crafted Spotify playlist

  • Practical guidance for establishing consistency

Ideal for people interested in trying Kriya for the first time and students with some exposure to Kriya or powerful breathwork who want to integrate and deepen the practices.
