SUP Yoga with Heather Cassese

Come try your yoga on the water. Heather will lead you through the basics of paddling and yoga. No experience is needed, just bring your own board. We will move from seated, to kneeling, to standing postures, and maybe even try some fun inversions or backbends! Don’t be afraid to fall….the water is a refreshing way to land!

Bring your own board. We will meet at Weaver Creek Canoe Launch on Jordan Lake.
